I would start looking at other assets he has. Maybe the hotel in Egypt, maybe a few other places he owns can also be put in the trust. They are leading towards real estate ventures now.
anyone of his other assets would give the needed value!
fight the fight on IHUB. I lost. they have the field, the balls, the refs, and the judges on their side. but it was worth trying.
