I can't figure out why the other eastern industria

I can't figure out why the other eastern industrialized countries aren't loading their docks to the hilt with this cheap iron. You would think South Korea, Japan, and maybe even India would be importing like crazy knowing they can compete with Chinese steel makers at these iron prices..
