yes we received this this is a 8k filing. they need to receive the 10qs and 10k filings. the September 30  2011 is in here but it was put out in a 10q not that long ago . the 10qs and 10ks are what is needed to bring this current with the sec. once we receive this we will move up a tear to otcqb instead of being pink also once they are received the yield sign will be removed on the otc pinksheet board. this is the things we need. they are heading in the wright direction it is just taking time. if you look the 2011 financials are also filled in the 8k here to. then the gave us the audited 10k for the fiscal 2011  that was filed with the sec. the audited show the same as this so they were not liying about them I exspect the same with the rest of it all true. but for this to go investors what to see the 10qs and 10ks.. you know how it is.  this will al work out. 

---  I would like to see the 2013 fiscal year end to see were we are with the profitability that the company says we have . the 2013 year end will also show us the accurate value of the company. this is what we need for the pps to move. if everything is like what the company says we will have no problem hitting penny land and above in my opinion . we just need to hold in there. glty
