I'm just thinking out loud here so am really not sure .... but ..... one of two scenarios come into my head here -
1) Maybe MSJ decided to keep all the SRGE assets inside MSJ and decided to go for a listing on the Mexican Stock Exchange. I'm not sure how long that takes in Mexico but gather that in other countries, the due diligence that the authorities conduct to allow a company to list is quite extensive. So, maybe, possibly, they are finalising a listing on another major stock exchange.
2) Maybe MSJ did indeed start negotiations with another third party to sell the two mining projects and has maybe signed things like letters of intent and maybe confidentiality agreements and has yet to formally sign and receive the money, and due to previous experiences, will not release any news till the money is in the bank.
3) Another possibility ...... maybe they're negotiating to get off the grey sheets ....
I still think Momo was the most knowledgeable, and after we went onto the grey sheets he immediately started talking about a new listing on another exchange. So, I'm going to throw my hat in the ring .... and say number 1, is the most likely.
