The people who have influence are Oren Manelis, Chris Clarke and CYBK's professional advisors (legal, auditor, IR, etc.). The 2Q2013 and 2012 Annual both reference audits, as well as the mid-year update. I can't wait to get off Pinksheets and see CYBK as an audited SEC reporting entity, and I'd bet the same applies to Oren Manelis and Chris Clarke.
Timelines seem to reference 4Q2013, but I don't expect completion until 1Q2014.
