Shame to feed one of the devils in OTC land, the [b][u]dreaded Asher.... [/b][/u]see that no one today mentioned this is a concern, maybe they have not been around long enough to have tasted 1st hand the damage a financier like Asher can do......
The Company however only or about February 1 2013 , 2012, filed with the Secretary of the State of Delaware [u][b]to amend the authorized capital of the Corporation to be 2,000,000,000[/u][/b] shares of common stock, par value of $0.0001. The filing was initiated at this time, due to the necessity of the agreements with [u][b]Asher Enterprises and the associated convertible loans and convertible loan document requirements. [/u][/b]
