we can put ore in China for ca same cost as big 3 - 40-60/ton - hopefully ca 45 (10 production, 9 trucking, they expected 16/ton for Panamax), but Australian Fortescue-4th biggest- costs had jumped much higher on marginal projects to 106, CLF to 120
hard to know how negotiations are going- Chinas always difficult to negotiate with, as bingo noted- CWRN added India to its export license as noted a long time ago -
