BluForest Inc.: Temporary Injunction and Court Ord

QUITO, Ecuador and OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla., Oct. 4, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Circuit Court in and for Osceola County, Florida has granted an injunction for BluForest Inc. Consultant Jim Can and Mainland Investments Inc. against George Sharp, Pumps and Dumps.com, and John Doe (other aliases believed to be used by George Sharp).

On September 16, 2013, Circuit Judge Scott Polodna found George Sharp's press releases and statements posted on Pumps&Dumps.com to be "false and defamatory" causing "irreparable injury" to Jim Can and Mainland Investments Inc. Jim Can alleged that George Sharp and PUMPS&DUMPS.com wilfully and maliciously published a series of internet articles and messages on various internet message boards and disseminated news releases which contained and continue to contain false and misleading statements of fact about Jim Can and Mainland Investments Inc.. Mr. Sharp and PUMPS&DUMPS.com has not ceased such publication and dissemination and is in violation of the Court's order.

Mr. Can has taken action to end George Sharp's libellous and defamatory statements, which hopefully others in similar situations can use as an example of how to defend themselves against George Sharp's and PUMPS&DUMPS.com irreprehensible conduct.

Jim Can has been successful in obtaining a temporary injunction against George Sharp and PUMPS&DUMPS.com and they have violated and continuing to violate contrary to the court's binding order. Mr. Can intends to aggressively pursue all remedies for Mr. Sharp's and PUMPS&DUMPS.com contempt of court, including damages, fines, and possible incarceration.
