Do we honestly know that a concession was really granted? I mean, they said they were turning their letter of intent into a concession, but I don't recall ever seeing anything about it actually being granted. Maybe I missed it, but did they produce a hard document? Panama news (I think it was) printed the news about the last company to be granted a concession. I agree with you that they should work with the small cap they do have to get the first concession (if it's for sure there) up and running and show folks they really intend to do this. Why would any legit backers step up on anything they have done so far, because unless I've missed something, they have not come through yet with anything concrete. Not trying to bash, but playing Devil's advocate here. Please share your thoughts and hard evidence.
