Agreed Our "DD" can only go so far....A pretty good job on defining for most what IPTV is and that it is a "Paradigm Shift"....more over the fact that 2 "Major Players/ Contributors , in my estimation, could not find a way around the "Patents" as there are many out there...And it has to be understood that both Companies had vested interest, Deep Pockets and Great Legal TEAMS reviewing. In the end they got up from the table and concluded.....Not a Good Business Deal and Moved On.
