Baristas Florida, Cape Coral Opens for Business SE

SEATTLE, Oct. 4, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. (OTCPK:BCCI) , a fastgrowing U.S. based beverage and branded product s company announced that the Grand Opening of its first location in Cape Coral, Florida commenced at 7:00am this morning. The new Baristas is located at 403 Cape Coral Parkway, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 at the intersection of Palm Tree Blvd.

The Grand Opening will features drink specials, giveaways, and appearances by Baristas national calendar girls (including this year's cover girl) who will be signing limited edition calendars that include the "Making of the Baristas Calendar" video. Baristas will also be shooting segments of the 2014 Calendar while in Cape Coral.

The opening is supported by local media as well as network TV ads in Cape Coral on The Comedy Channel, ESPN, ESPN2, Spike, Tru, FX, and MTV. Ads will continue throughout the opening of the second location.

The location is owned by "Baristas Coffee Company Florida, L.L.C" a joint venture owned 51% by Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. a publically traded Nevada corp. and 49% by "South Florida Coffee Company, L.L.C" of which Delray Beach Florida based private equity investment firm "Capital Consulting, Inc." is a majority partner.
