Post# of 72440
I am reviewing all options available to us, and at this time there are many. I want to do the best deal for Cellceutix.
Best regards

Mr. Ehrlich,
Hope this communication finds you and family well. I clearly understand if you do NOT have time to respond to this as I know you are handling lots of very significant tasks currently. And as a shareholder I sincerely appreciate all your efforts and your business skillsets. I cannot even imagine your work day and I suspect it turns into a work night more often than not …unfortunately. You indicated in your last PR that your goal was to find a similar financing deal to Aspire to effectively address what the company needed in order to follow through on the impressive next steps, advanced trials, etc. My question is below and candidly, if I were to get a positive answer and you had no objection to my sharing then I would post your response to XXXXX and XXXXX message boards with hopes that it will silence the doubters and naysayers as it relates to financing being the cause of the share price decline. Yes I know…there are too many damn people focused on minute to minute, day by day share price. I told them that you were making “ Millionaires Soup “ and everyone needed to GIVE YOU TIME ! : )
Question :
Do you feel that Cellceutix will be providing definitive information on a financing deal ( could be partnership or ? ) by the end of October or more likely by end of calendar year ?
Thanks and again I totally get it if I hear nothing, ha-ha. I always go with the notion that “ if you don’t ask, you’ll never know “…..have a great rest of the week and week-end. Thanks for ALL you and the other Cellceutix employees do each and every day in order to make this the outstanding company it is.
