I sent a letter to him sometime after reading your post. Some think that due to Geos fishing expedition and Brads personal experience w Geo trying to involve him,that Brad may be waiting til conclusion of TX case to present everything at once- while this may be a good business protocol, its frustrating to those who have to wait - TX shindig scheduled to begin Oct 7 last i saw-shouldnt last more than maybe 2 or 3 days,but also could be delayed again due to all the pretrial jockeying.
CWRN case against Geo in CA is a much bigger case, to resume after TX case is finished,if not sooner
Meanwhile, we feast in the afterglow of tenn21's friends observation that there are more workers at the mine now than before Brad,while we wait on news of progress-
it is typical-the norm- for issues to arise in transition which take time to solve,and they are doing so-but we all share the frustration of waiting for news-a regular hobby in pennyland
