(OTCMarkets: GSML ) announces today the appointment of Scott Crompton as the Chief Operating Officer of G & S International Minerals, Inc. (OTCMarkets: GSML ).  Mr. Crompton brings to the table over twenty five years experience in advertising and marketing, business management, service industry, and mergers and acquisitions for private and public companies.  Mr. Crompton has been in the Television and Radio business as well as online and internet business since 1993, with 10 years specializing in the mergers and acquisitions of both public and private FTC related networks.
