Intersil to Join Rapidly Expanding HDcctv Alliance

MILPITAS, Calif., Oct. 3, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intersil Corporation (Nasdaq: ISIL ), a leading provider of innovative power management and precision analog solutions, today announced that it has joined the HDcctv Alliance Ltd . Intersil is a market leader in security and surveillance systems and will be contributing to the Alliance's work to define open standards for interoperability of HD cameras, recording devices, and related equipment in the HD video surveillance sector.
