Tampa, FL(Oct 3rd, 2013 - Accesswire)-Kleangas Energy Technologies,Inc.(OTCQB:KGET) announces that the Lender, listed in the last quarterly statement, has acknowledged receipt of the full payment of the Promissory Note dated August 15th ,2012 in the principal loan amount of $275,000 as well as receipt of full payment of any interest accrued. The satisfaction of the note was satisfied without the issuance of any additional shares to the note holder since the S-1 Registration Statement.
The company CEO, William Wylie, stated "This certainly is good news for our shareholders and the company balance sheet. The satisfaction of this promissory note will be reflected in our next applicable quarterly statement. The company is pleased that the note was satisfied without any further dilution to the company's current issued and outstanding shares since the S-1 registration."
