What you said makes sense.  I am only speculating on when the S-1 would be filed.  The info from the phone call is what was told to me.  I think it was Jay, I should of got clarification of his name.  I just believe it was him, from his voice, from the previous conference calls. I have to be honest, I don't care if the uplisting doesn't occur until spring.  I was told by an accountant, recently, that a short term investment is up to a year, 39.6%.  Hold it over a year and it considered long term and a substantial savings in taxes.
