Begin with an end in mind. Just playing devils

Just playing devils advocate here, but what happens if the business dealings are cut and BMSN files for bankruptcy and Koos makes away with all of our money. Koos may even be investigated and/or arrested. The shareholders are still the ones on the short end of the stick.
What happens if nothing was done from the outside, Koos benefits and the FDA approves both Hema and Min's stuff. The PPS goes up, the stock gets diluted, but most of us make a profit, albeit smaller than it should be, but a small profit. The shareholders are still the ones on the short end of the stick.
Begin with an end in mind. What do we want to happen? What is the overall goal? Plan, plot, strategize to get a profit and get out. Plan that the doctors and scientist leave after a year or have them assert themselves to be apart of the business side more. See if they can be apart of a board of directors, where Koos will have to answer to them. Causing up a stir with a company they do business with will affect the PPS, which will affect all of our steak in BMSN. If nothing good can come from it, then why do it? If its better served after PPS increases, shouldn't it be done then? If something good can from it, who will it benefit the most?
In this situation, there will be winners and losers. I hope that everyone involved is focused on having more winners than losers. I hope you don't take this post negative, but I want everyone to just relax and thoroughly think this through before acting.
