Business can never be lead with emotions. Emotions can taint research (if you want to prove someone is trash, then all you have to do is do your research with that in mind). I see it all the time. In the income tax world, I can find at least two different answers depending on what I want to prove. Both of which would be documented with tax law, cases, pronouncements, etc.
I have read your research (thank you for doing all this work and sharing) and as you know I have done a tremendous amount of research my self and have shared. Is it common for a company/CEO to create a shell company (not a public entity) then buy a shell company (a publically traded company) and then reverse merge the two thereby creating one publically traded company without all the headaches of starting a public co, you bet it is. It happens daily. There is a need for a holding company as a intermediary.
I am not saying Koos is not crooked, I am saying that the large part of what has been discovered and shared to date does not confirm or deny.
As far as sitting on your hands or causing problems, you need to ask yourself...is your research untainted by personal anger? Is there something to gain, other then felling better because a little payback was obtained.
