but they(DUTV)never said there was a gag in the first place , that's what im saying ... only SL did....when did this "gag" start ??? when did the gloves go on ???  i would like to know .... im wondering if SL didnt mention the "gag" would there have ever been talk of "gag's" at all ..strange how the "gag" started after her missed $1.00 by april  call.. pretty obvious from where im standing.... and that tweet is in response to "whoever" is running the twitter reading the message boards and replying to people talking about this so called "gag"... enough said... no professional company i have ever seen acts like this.. from where i stand, they should stay gagged, better than lying to your shareholders over and over..... let me guess they are "gagged" since last friday, thats why they couldn't post minutes and finacials lol
