They pump it, bring in their horde, get the faithful long to join in the "finally, we are moving", and then they leave you high and dry. Worst part is, they leave the play as damaged goods and spread a ton of discouragement among the weary faithful.
Just happened to me on another play, and in that one, I was tipped it was coming. Being the faithful long that I was, I not only held through the pump, I bought more. After they left, I felt like more of a bagholder than anything. One of them replied back to me: You idiot- ALWAYS sell in the ramp up and buy back later.
All I was trying to do here was to spread a little "been there, done that". I hope that I'm wrong, but if I'm not, look out, this will drop back to low teens or worse (short term, I'm not dooming the play).
If anyone is going to play in the pinks, they better learn to recognize the moves and the movers. This was not constructed or devised by the company, just a group of thugs that do this day in and day out.
