While no news is currently out for HIMR, we can speculate on what is likely when news is finally released. One thing we can expect is the Class C share restructuring. The last we heard, this issue is in the hands of company attorneys (which means a tentative agreement is already written) and is being reviewed by Mr. Hayward's own attorney. Baring any unforeseen obstacles, the details of this arrangement should soon be ready for release. We have not seen large scale selling for some time now, so I hope we can safely say the conversions are over --- at least for the present.
The next item that should soon be ready for release is finance news. We know Hollund is talking to bankers and financers in the United States, Canada, and Europe so hopefully they can secure additional financing without paying an arm and a leg and without doing undue harm to shareholders.
I don't expect news regarding an additional concession until the finance issue is resolved. However, Hollund has stated that this negotiation is ongoing.
Hollund's recent blog post states "after retrieving a few exotic trees, our resources will be more plentiful and our relations department will never experience a lag." So perhaps some manual harvesting is already in progress? However, I would not expect extensive site development at the harvest site until additional financing is secured. Thus, in my opinion, any big news must also be accompanied by finance news. But if financing is obtained at what we would consider favorable terms, then continued progress should be assured.
