Please stop posting things like this. I don't have billions I can sell. That is a lie. In the next 12 months I could sell 22 million shares every 3 months or 88 million in one year. That is not billions.
7 years ago when we did a reverse split we just started trading and needed to change the structure. 3 years ago when the other one was done we where a totally different company. I am not doing a reverse split... end of story.
We have had some huge challenges over the last 12 months. This was entirely due to the issues created by Collins at Punch. Every single issue we had is because of what he did. Of course the bashers will say I'm blaming everyone else for the problems we had, but the reality is it all came because of his dishonesty. We are getting through all this but it took some major adjustments to make it through. We had plans with Punch that did not happen because Collins lied to us about household and upfront numbers. Then when we caught him in the lies he created more lies saying he was now CEO. There are no other sides to this story.
So was I unable to deliver on Punch as we wanted? Yes of course because we where misguided. But now we are turning this around. When most companies would fold, we stayed the course and are about to launch our network in the most profitable way possible to the largest audience we possibly can.
I don't control the share price. Anyone that thinks I can needs to stop investing in the stock market. We are doing everything we can to put this back on track and are getting close to being there. If people want a smooth ride in the mean time obviously we are not the place for that. We have come back a long way but still have work to do.
