Moreover, in June, both Reitan Convenience Lietuva and TNS Kantar set up their operations in the premises, bringing more vibrancy and economic activity to the area. This diversification in tenant mix promises to enhance the overall value of the project.

The Company incurred a total of EUR 617.3 thousand in project development costs alongside financing costs amounting to EUR 1.9 million.
