Michael Wray has ascended to the role of Executive Vice President, with a comprehensive scope of operating and commercial oversight for the Water Transmission Systems (WTS) and Precast Infrastructure and Engineered Systems segments. Michael's journey with NWPX began in 2007 as a Project Manager, leading to his previous position as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Precast. His leadership has been pivotal in the growth of the Precast segment and in supporting the strategic acquisitions of NWPX Geneva and NWPX Park. With the imminent retirement of Miles Brittain, Executive Vice President, effective transition planning is underway through the upcoming months.
Eric Stokes Takes on Senior Vice President Role
Eric Stokes has been promoted to Senior Vice President and WTS Group President. His new role perpetuates his responsibilities for the WTS segment, encompassing sales, engineering, quality, and production across North America. Additionally, Eric will now oversee the company's Permalok steel casing pipe facility in St. Louis, MO, as well as purchasing for both corporate and WTS operations. Since joining NWPX in 2008, Eric has significantly enhanced performance within the WTS segment.

Jesus Tanguis has stepped up as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Precast. Having joined NWPX in early 2024 as Vice President/General Manager of NWPX Geneva, Jesus has made notable improvements in the operational performance of the Utah Precast business. He will now extend his operational and commercial oversight to NWPX Geneva and NWPX Park.
Justin Fraughton's Promotion and New Responsibilities
Justin Fraughton has been appointed Vice President and General Manager of NWPX Geneva, assuming comprehensive oversight for the commercial and operational functions across the company's three Utah facilities. Justin's tenure with NWPX Geneva commenced in 1998, and he has consistently taken on increasing responsibilities, culminating in his recent promotion from Multi-Site Operations Manager.
