MIAMI — NCL Corporation Ltd. (“NCLC”), a subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), has revealed the pricing for its recent offering of $315 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior notes, which are due in 2030. This private offering of the Notes is exempt from the registration requirements specified under the Securities Act of 1933.
