This acquisition includes a two-story building spanning 14,000 sq. ft., which will serve as NANO Nuclear’s Nuclear Technology Headquarters.
The new facility is strategically positioned to facilitate cutting-edge research and development in nuclear technology. It will function as the main hub for NANO Nuclear’s design and engineering efforts in advanced nuclear technology. Located close to the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and other prestigious research institutions, NANO Nuclear plans to expand its workforce at this site over the next year, with a goal of employing up to 30 individuals.

The property, acquired for $1.71 million, is located within the Heritage Center, a site of great historical significance in the United States since World War II. Originally part of the Manhattan Project, the Heritage Center was home to some of the largest gaseous diffusion plants in the world, which played a crucial role in the advancement of nuclear technologies.
