The new building will stand five stories tall, encompassing an impressive floor area of 8,500 square meters, including a basement. Of this, around 7,000 square meters will be dedicated to a key social residential facility designed to cater to individuals navigating life after experiencing moderate to severe brain injuries. The remaining area will house essential business and technical installations.

The planned 24-hour residential facility aims to provide essential support for adults enrolled in temporary or permanent training and rehabilitation programs.
