With nearly thirty years of exceptional leadership in education and youth development, Roberts will transition smoothly into her new role, succeeding the accomplished Barbara Fortier. Kelly Corwin, Chair of GSEMA's CEO Transition Task Force, expressed strong confidence in Roberts’ capability to uphold the organization’s rich traditions while also introducing innovative approaches to better serve today’s youth. “Monica distinguished herself as someone who will honor our traditions while innovating to address the needs of today’s girls,” Corwin stated.
