His background includes a substantial tenure at Nortal from 2015 to 2023, where he honed his skills in crafting scalable and secure systems. Educational Qualifications and Experience

Kasepuu boasts a master’s degree in IT from Taltech. In addition to his responsibilities at LHV Pank, he is actively involved in various IT consultancy and software development firms, including Panda Solutions OÜ, SM Capital OÜ, and Futuleap OÜ. As a vested shareholder in AS LHV Group, he owns 10 ordinary shares and is granted options to subscribe for 79,733 shares issued in 2024.
