Most recently, he served as Branch Chief for the Office of Bridges and Structures at the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division. In this significant role, he led major programs related to bridge design, inspection, and compliance reviews, managing a team of 28 professionals dedicated to bridge safety.
His previous experience also includes a position as a Project Engineer for the U.S. Coast Guard, showcasing his diverse skill set in structural engineering.
