Jane Skoblo Joins the Board
Effective immediately, Jane Skoblo will serve on both the Audit and Compensation & Organizational Development Committees of Mattr. Her appointment follows Laura Cillis, who has served as a director and Audit Committee Chair, as she looks to transition out of her role at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Extensive Experience in Financial Services
Ms. Skoblo brings a wealth of experience to Mattr. She has a robust background in financial services, having worked across Canada, the USA, and internationally. Most recently, she was Vice President of Digital Operations at Rogers Communications, where she drove significant digital transformation efforts.
Previous Roles of Influence
Before her work at Rogers, Ms. Skoblo served as CFO for AMEX Bank of Canada and Global Rewards for American Express. She has also held key positions as CFO and COO for several startups and senior finance roles at prominent institutions such as CIBC and BMO.

Currently, Ms. Skoblo sits on the Board of Directors for Medavie, a well-respected health solutions provider in Canada. There, she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee while participating in the Finance and Investment Committee.
