$GRNE subsidiary - Landis Experience Center, LLC (“LEC”), a Utah limited liability company, was organized on January 23, 2012 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Green for the purpose of operating an Aveda retail store in the City Creek Mall in Salt Lake City, Utah. LEC opened its doors August 16, 2012.
