If you were a CSO/President of a biotech company or a professor & pioneer in siRNA science and you were aware of what Koos has been guilty of in the not-so-distant past, would you agree to put your life's work in his hands? That was my argument for so long against those that kept accusing him of being a scam artist. I was adamant, arguing over and over with some of them. And I argued because they made the claims, but with the exception of a few items that could not be proved or could be excused somehow, they provided no basis for their accusations.
That was what I so naively argued for all these months. I didn't make up the FINRA report. I didn't make up the fact he was/is a broker. I didn't make up the 500,000,000 share structure of Regen. I didn't make up the number of companies that have gone belly up that he is associated with. I didn't make up Southridge or Asher. I didn't make up that he is top dog (or only dog) of several holding companies. I didn't make any of this up.
Would you do put your life's work at risk if you knew all this about a person? I surely wouldn't. I can't imagine these doctors would either.
