Not if his tracks were covered to such a degree that no one would ever suspect, for one minute, that he was in any way culpable in the decimation of his parent companies. Well, beyond being somewhat lackadaisical that is.
If you read through some of the SEC filings and cross reference his dealings, the connections are so convoluted it is enough to make you scream. But, the connections are all there.
Now, if attention is brought to the matter, how likely is he to proceed as originally planned? With so much being at risk...with the likelihood of the Feds watching him because he made the mistake of aligning himself with someone he shouldn't have in efforts to orchestrate a massive scam (and that wasn't me that alerted the Feds)...one would think he might take a step back and rethink.
Again, I am not the only person digging up info on Koos. I was alerted to some things by one person and once I posted something after the last PR, I received a boatload of info by someone else. Now, several of we investors are digging. Perhaps many.
