It was a wholly owned subside of BMSN.  I must have missed the information that Regen is being spun off with it's own share structure.  Wouldn't that have required an 8k at least?  As I recall, the only time I saw information about Regen stock being separate from BMSN is when the Min deal went down.  I believe Min got shares from both companies lending credence to your assertion that he is trying to spin off regen and leave us BMSN shareholders in the lurch.  Do you know which SOS is listing Regen's share structure?
