The SEC is NEVER going to publicly admit that they made a mistake, or that they were wrong, for the fear of having class action lawsuits brought against them. Hence is just one reason why JR finally decided to buy an empty shell, so as to get reinstated & uplisted at the same time, back to normal trading, etc.
