I often wondered who picked Sk3 and AEGY without doing a title search to look for encumbrances. With all these notes outstanding it seems like some management didn't do their DD properly. Of course Benz was not on board when this took place. And of course all pinkies have debt like this. Management wanted a cheap way to launch without an IPO.
