Interestingly, S/S remains as is.
Oct 28th 2012 shares have reached their 1 year maturity date and have not yet been converted.
Usually it is like clockwork, once shares reach maturity. Today was the first available day to convert.
Let's see what happens but regardless, dilution is now over until Feb 2014 based on the financials.
