Very few people willing to let their shares go for less than 4's. IMO we will see this stock move up soon into the 5's & 6's.  The people sitting at 4 on ask should increase to 5, maybe forcing those on the bid to give up on those 3's and move to 4. JMO
Stock isn't going to move on it's own, investors & traders alike need to assist in getting it there.
I will probably hit those 4's again before the day is through, just freed up some funds.
