60 mil for sale price of inventory is very conservative est of inventory amount, plus value of equip and concession to 70 mil divide by 4.361b O/S is 1.6 c per share
bv less-- bv probably only .003 pps (ca 6 times current pps- and pps valuations are usually at least 3 times bv- otherwise a stock is known as a value co-meaning the stock is generally undervalued- so pps could be 21 times greater and still be borderline a value company) because inventory goes on books at production cost- production cost probably only 10/ton-which after sale of byproducts will be a negative cost-see my sticky
some stocks are 30 x bv - startup biotechs etc and other co's w negative income are sometimes thousands of times bv and how does 1 even value the thousands of companies w negative assets?
i'm in a miner everybody-never seen such stock agreement- said would be the holy grail-was up to .235 before any drilling and after years of nothing but dry holes and claim haircuts,only 4000 assets, and 250,000 negative working capital until a recent pp at 1c pps, is still 1c pps-
as u probably know, cwrn pps does not reflect operations-reflects otc dtc shorter political etc games preventing most from being able to buy until taken care of via financials etc precluded by alleged jv commingling etc until now
brad may be waiting for tx case to conclude -scheduled for mid oct- due to his personal experience w geo's ongoing tx fishing expeditions
