I thought 2 weeks ago I was buying near the bottom at .0013 only to see it steadily decline and have less than 30% of that investment left.  This won't go back up as long as everyone is trying to grab millions of shares at the bid price instead of the ask.  Those that are shorting will have to cover fairly soon.  How does one short a stock when SEC doesn't allow shorting under usually $2.
