his petition is not just for CYCC, but also for ARNA/DNDN and other companies Last time, the same thing happened 1 month back when AMD shares were heavily shorted following Goldman's downgrade and negative articles. We collected nearly 400 signatures and also all documentation of illegal short selling and fake cover dates. The SEC and FINRA took the case and 23 companies were found of Illegal shorting and out of which 22 admitted and 1 is on appeal. The news is all over Yahoo finance. Please sign the petition.
