Per the Annual report it stated:
The payments to the consultant would start Oct 2013 and run to Dec 2014. The consultant was originally paid 250K plus an additional 50K for early termination. So if my math is right that would be 15 payments of 20k a month starting Oct.
So IMO that would mean revenues are already flowing to make the payments.
But what do I know...
