A: Yes, rbtree OODH is a publicly traded company and therefore, we cannot just "Answer" your questions without first ensuring the company is ready to disclose certain information to the public.
I am sorry, but yes, we do, and ALL public companies must from time-to-time "Decline" to answer a specific question(s) a shareholder or a potential investor presents to a company.
We are not targeting you in anyway!
That's the rules- we did not make them... ALL WE DO is follow them!
