its obvious that the company knew there were going to be delays a while ago when they announced the increase in shares to 5 billion, because they knew they were going to have to get min's help to try to convince the fda for approval. they knew they didn't have the cash to pay min, so they're paying him in shares. seems rather sketchy to me.
