Yup looks like BGL is most likely about to be wound up by its creditors no later than twelve months from now or sooner.
Well I'm just thinking out loud here as things occur to me so here goes ...... If BGLs creditors pull the plug what happens to the fictional court case? I'd guess that the receivers will take an impartial look at the realistic prospects of this fictional court case and realise there isn't a cat in hells chance of winning.
I will need to go back and check the detailed posts by Winston on scam hub to see what he says abot when BGL will have to take the 9m hit on its accounts.
However it may be the case that it the 9m hit means BGLs creditors calling in loans that will be it MSJ wins and we have lift off for the share price and news released by MSJ.
