From what I've seen over the last 2 years, his after hours PRs generally contain bad news when read between the lines. If it was good news, then it should be released early in the week where the impact can gain some momentum. From what we see here, there may be the hope that bad news will be forgotten over the weekend. I may be wrong, but if it's good news, then Steve has a terrible sense of timing IMO.
