If anything, Dr. Ichim would have requested the expertise of Dr. Min for this new study. I have confirmed that Dr. Ichim was very confident in the data submitted to the FDA back in July--the data showed that the experiments were quite successful in the expected period of time.
Perhaps the FDA, because this is cellular medicine and there have been an influx of changes to procedure within the FDA (blah, blah, blah) they require just one more bit of evidence (you know, everything but your bra size since it is the government) and Dr. Ichim feels that he & his longtime mentor, Dr. Min can work in concert to knock this out as efficiently as possible to see human trials a reality in the near future.
That is my take on it now, knowing what I do about Dr. Ichim & Dr. Min (and I might be grasping. But, after chewing on it a while...).
Why it has been handled by Koos the way it has been handled and the validity of many other matters are things I still am still trying to grasp.
