What specifically are you looking for? I can tell you it was established/agreed that the company would compensate Dr. Min $500.00 per hour for consulting/participating in projects unless otherwise negotiated. Any terms set forth in an additional agreement that may jeopardize the confidential nature of the studies would not be made public.
